Outward Training in Huawanda

Union is strength. In order to strengthen the cooperative spirit between teams, all the colleague in Huawanda arrived at Dapeng harbor fishing village to attend the outward training from early morning for one day.

 

Before our formal training, the coach lead us experienced a series of entertainment activities to form the cooperative atmosphere, building our trust basis. Later, we were divided into three groups to compete with each other in trust fell, speed in limited time, challenge in high and graduation wall.

 

We encouraged and cheered for each other. We are on the same page.

 

The Trust Fell inspired us to trust ourselves and our team and fight for one commongoal.

 

 

The Speed in Limited Time told us that we should always remind ourselves to improve our working style and optimize our working flow. Only by good communication with our team member can our efforts be paid off.

 

The Challenge in High encouraged us to be bold but cautious, to be brave enough to accept challenge, to care for each other and to overcome our fear. 

 

Joy of success

 

When we are determined to walk a litter step, maybe we could seize the chance for ourselves and we may accomplish a big success in our live.

 

In the Graduation Wall, we strongly felt that the success of our team is the basis of our own one. Individual success must built on the common efforts and support of other member.

 

We made concerted efforts to complete the challenge.

 

 

As for the strength, three teams showed their own merits. However, we did not care who won or lost in these activities. What is more important is what did we learn and perceived from them. We should think about how the way we worked before and our behavior mode stood on the way in our work. And what is the influence of mistakes between communication.

 

Our colleague learned and changed in a better way after this training. While enjoying the happiness of devotion, cooperation and courage, everyone felt the spirit of responsibility, cooperation and confidence and what kind of responsibility we should shoulder as a member in our team. This training offered us a great chance to be close to nature experiencing the beauty of mountains and setting free our mind during nervous working and heavy pressure. It stimulated our working enthusiasm and passion, improved our working efficiency, enhanced out limitless innovation spirit and finally laid solid foundation of the humanities construction and sustainable development of Huawanda.
